Over 74,000 potential chicken SNPs have been identified via bayesian inference using the Polybayes program. After applying various filtering criteria, a set of 11,000 high confidence SNPs have been identified and integrated into this site. These SNPs are searchable directly from this page or via the contig overview images (e.g. 335413.6)
At present we have only included SNPs with a probability of 0.99 or better.
