This page allows a search against all BLAST hits found to the BBSRC chicken EST data.
Searches can be done against the whole set of ESTs, individual tissues or against the assembled contigs.
The BLAST searches were carried out against a non-redundant SWISS-PROT TrEMBL database
using default parameters.
Keywords are searched for in the description and keyword fields of the top hit entry. Multiple keywords can be searched for and are considered using either of the logical AND/OR operators.
